285 Beacon Street is a mixed use 6 unit building located between Porter and Harvard Square acquired by Eaglebrook Capital in 2018. After extensive renovations to the residential units, the investment was solidified by signing long term leases with both commercial tenants Petsi Pies and Pho N' Rice.
