Our third Passive House certified project Prospect Ironworks is located in Somerville's Union Square neighborhood and features 30 residential units. The unit mix consists primarily of one and two bedroom units ranging from 550 to 900 SF. This boutique development provides dedicated bike and Personal EV charging stations for every unit and communal short term ride-share and on-demand delivery parking. Prospect Ironworks is a fully electric building with rooftop solar and a net-zero energy target. The ergonomic design focuses on workforce & high efficiency dwellings to meet growing demand for this housing type. Prospect Ironworks will provide the City of Somerville with six affordable units.
