SORA is a 114 unit + 1 retail multifamily residential building located at 93 Bennington Street in Revere, MA. The project is currently under construction, with an anticipated delivery in Q1 2025. The project is located two blocks from the Beachmont T Station and within walking distance of Revere Beach, Belle Isle Marsh, and retail amenities at Suffolk Downs. Units were designed to maximize work-from-home space within the living spaces, including desk-height countertop spaces and dens. Most units have picturesque city and/or water views.
